Visiting Hours
As pet owners ourselves, we know how difficult it can be to be away from your pet.
Many pets benefit from a visit from their owners. However, recovery from certain procedures may require a great deal of rest for the patient. As such, we recommend that you speak with your doctor to determine how much time spent visiting during recovery is advisable. You may visit your pet from 10 am through 10 pm.
At times when we have many seriously ill patients we may be forced to further limit your visitation time with your pet. Our ICU unit and wards are sometimes filled with patients and their families and we may need to further limit the number of visitors at one time for each patient because of these space limitations. We'll let you know ahead of time if there is a problem.
When arriving to visit a pet, please sign in with our client services staff, and be seated in the waiting room.
If for some reason you foresee any difficulty adhering to the visiting hours, please discuss with your attending doctor to see about alternative arrangements. The attending doctor will notify you in the event of a condition change.
* When on-site visiting a pet in the hospital, we ask that you not attempt to touch any other pets who may be staying with us. Some pets, even those with a good disposition, may easily become agitated or aggressive, due to circumstances.
