Discharge of Hospitalized Patients

For all hospitalized pets, your doctor or a technician will notify you when the pet is ready to go home.  They will also provide you with an updated summary of your fees.  The doctor will notify the client services staff when you intend to pick your pet up following your phone call.

When you arrive to the hospital to pick up your pet, you should notify the client services staff that you are here.  At this point, you will be asked to pay for the remainder of your bill.  Once done, the medical staff will be notified that you are ready.

You will be escorted into an examination room where you will meet with either a doctor or technician who will review the discharge instructions with you and answer any questions that you may have.  Your pet will then be brought into the room and you should be ready to go.
