Late Arrival Policy If you arrived late for your scheduled appointment and have missed more than half of the time allocated to your appointment, you may be asked to re-schedule. We believe that you need and deserve the full time allotted for the appointment for your pet's care. You also have the option to see the emergency/critical care doctor, but an associated wait to see the emergency doctor may be involved depending on the status of emergencies for the day. Many times the emergency doctor can see you right away. We will advise of the wait, should you choose this option. If you choose to see the critical care doctor and wait for an opening, you will not be charged the emergency service fee. |
