What to Expect During Your Visit

After you check in with the client services staff, you will be escorted into an examination room by one of our technicians or hospital assistants.  The doctor and technician will meet with you and your pet to perform a physical exam, obtain a complete medical history, and evaluate your pet's condition. The doctor may also perform additional examinations, treatments, or diagnostics in one of our diagnostic areas.

At this point, our team will put together an assessment of your pet's treatment options, plans, and costs. The doctor and technicians will discuss this assessment with you, and together you'll agree to a treatment plan for your pet. This may include diagnostics, vaccines, or further follow-up appointments.

Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each patient on time. Emergencies are cared for by our emergency/critical doctor of the day even during appointment hours, so that our scheduled appointments are seen more timely.  However, there is always the unexpected, and we do thank you for your patience.
