Hours of Operation

Emergency Service

We offer emergency care service, without a scheduled appointment, 24 x 7, 365 days a year.  We always have a doctor and licensed technicians/nursing care staff on-site, to care for your pet and provide continuity of service.  While no appointment is required, it is in the best interest of both you and your pet, to try and call ahead, so a technican can triage the call and begin preperation for your arrival.  For expected critical cases, the staff will be waiting to assist you in getting your pet inside if need be, and triaging as you arrive on site, to determine the serverity of the situation.

Wellpet/Routine Care Services

We offer wellpet/routine care services comprising prevantative care such as anual/semi-annual examinations, vaccinations, and other routine care services, by appointment only.  However, we do offer appointments 7 days a week.  To access this service, and check appointment availability, please call our reception desk and request to schedule an appointmemnt. 

 

Referral & Specialty Services

Speciality and referral services are available for patients referred by other veterinarians, by appointment only.  The associate doctors on staff at OPVMC do have the ability to either directly consult with the specialists throughout the day, or conduct an internal referral to them, transferring care of the case to those doctors.
