Hours of Operation

Orchard Park Veterinary Medical Center comprises three practices in one building, each offering it's own set of hours available for service.

Community Practice

We offer a community practice providing preventative care, annual and semi-annual well pet examinations, vaccines, as well as examination of our client's sick pets by appointment.  You may view the current days and times these appointments are available by clicking on the link for community practice on the left side navigation.

Referral Practice

We offer a referral practice for patients referred by other veterinarians, by appointment only.  You may view the current days and times these appointments are available by clicking on the link for referral practice on the left side navigation.

Emergency Practice

We offer our emergency service to all our clients and to those from surrounding practices who need emergency service, no appointments necessary or scheduled.  This service functions very much like a human emergency room where patients arrive, are triaged by a technician to determine which pets needs to be treated first based on their medical condition and symptoms, and then the order of patients with emergencies who need to seen next based on the severity of the case.  As a result, sometimes, the wait to be seen by the veterinarian for the emergency service can be short or lengthy depending on the status and the number of the pets that have arrived.  Our Emergency service is available for our own community practice patients, referral patients in crisis, and patients from other practices whose own veterinarian is not available to see emergency patients.
