If all of the client services staff are working with other clients, you will be directed to a voice mailbox where you can leave your information and a member of our staff will return your call. We recognize that your time is very valuable and make every attempt to shorten your hold time when calling the office. Providing you with an option to leave a voice message has proven beneficial.
When calling to schedule an appointment with one of our specialists, you will be directed to a voice mailbox, where you will be prompted to leave your information. Whether you are a client calling or a referring doctor, we will have one of our technicians call the referring doctor's office to discuss the nature of the case and determine a time frame in which the pet needs to be seen. The client service staff will then, in turn, contact the client to set the actual appointment date and time.
For all cases either referred to Dr. James Fingeroth, or seeking a second opinion, the doctor must first examine the patient.
For all scheduled appointments, you will receive a phone call confirming your visit time, along with the doctor you will be seeing. This is conducted by an automated service which may prompt you to confirm if you answer the call, or simply leave a message on your answering machine.
