The in-house medical facilities at OPVMC's location include the following:

• Twelve examination rooms (3 specialty comfort rooms, two emergency exam rooms) 

• Two special surgical suites for orthopedics and soft tissue surgeries

• One general surgery suite

• A surgical prep area

• An x-ray suite

• A two table dental suite

• One separate canine ward 

• One avian/exotic ward

• One separate feline ward
  

• One isolation ward

• One treatment room

• One intensive care unit (ICU) with 25 special care kennels, two runs for large patients, incubators, and oxygen kennels

• One special procedure room for Ultrasonography

• Eight inside exercise kennels for recovery for large patients

• One surgical pack room for surgical equipment sterilization
  

• In-house full laboratory

• Physical therapy room

• Blood donation room and blood bank.
