Dr. John Ross

Dr. Ross joined the Orchard Park Veterinary Medical Center team in September of 2006.

He was born in Ohio but lived in Northern Ireland until 1985 when he returned to the USA .

He attended Iowa State University earning a double BS in Animal Science and Zoology (with distinction). He also attended Ross University in the West Indies and completed a one year clinical rotation at Kansas State University .
 
His first job was at the Perry Veterinary Clinic in Wyoming County where he had to say goodbye to many faithful owners and their pets.
 
Hobbies include learning guitar, reading from the veterinary literature and enjoying peace and quiet whenever possible. Dr. Ross likes to return to Ireland often to visit his Mom.
 
Clinical interests include all things feline, but in particular feline lower urinary tract disease, diabetes and nutrition.
