Prescription Refills
For all prescription food and medication refills, we request a minimum 48-hour advance notice. This period allows us to have your prescription ready, so you aren't inconvenienced by a long wait. It also allows us to call you if we have questions or a product is out of stock.
To order a refill:
- Call or text our pharmacy refill line at (716) 662-3589
- Call OPVMC’s main phone number at (716) 662-6660 and follow the prompts to reach the pharmacy refill line
- Utilize the fillable form
- Utilize OPVMC’s online pharmacy at https://opvmc.vetsfirstchoice.com/
When requesting a refill, please include the following information:
- Your first and last name.
- Your pet’s name.
- The name and dose of the medication to be refilled.
- Your phone number.
Other Important Information:
- Please note that refill requests received during the holiday hours may take up to 72-hours to process.
- We no longer carry large bags of prescription dog food on-site.
- If your prescription is not picked up within 10 days, it will be returned to stock.
