Convenient Payment Options for Veterinary Services & Pet Care

Orchard Park Veterinary payments and insurance

Orchard Park Veterinary Medical Center offers a variety of payment options for veterinary care. Our fee policies are designed to provide veterinary care within your budget and help you understand the costs associated with our services.

Itemized Treatment Plan for Hospitalized Pets

You receive an itemized Treatment Plan before your pet is hospitalized for any procedure. Deposits are required prior to admission and full balance is due upon released, at which time you receive a detailed, itemized invoice.

Direct Payment Options

While we require payment at the time of service, for your convenience we accept payment with cash, credit, debit, and personal check, as well as pet insurance.

Pay by Check—For checks, we require a current driver's license or state ID and current phone number. Your address must be imprinted on the check and your driver’s license must match the name on the check.

Pay by Credit Card—We accept:

  • VISA
  • MasterCard
  • Discover Card
