Convenient Payment Options for Veterinary Services & Pet Care

Orchard Park Veterinary Medical Center offers a variety of payment options for veterinary care. Our fee policies are designed to provide veterinary care within your budget and help you understand the costs associated with our services.

Direct Payment Options

While we require payment at the time of service, for your convenience we accept payment with cash, credit, debit, and personal check. We do not offer payment plans.

Pay by Check—For checks, we require a current driver's license or state ID and current phone number. Your address must be imprinted on the check and your driver’s license must match the name on the check.

Pet Insurance

Payment for services is due in full upon discharge. Our staff can provide you with copies of your pet medical records. Clients are responsible for submitting their pet’s medical records for reimbursement by the insurance company.

Itemized Treatment Plan for Hospitalized Pets

  • You will receive an itemized Treatment Plan before your pet is hospitalized. As diagnostics and treatment progress, the Treatment Plan may need to be altered.
  • A deposit is required prior to admission.
  • You will receive a daily financial update via email on weekdays to ensure you are apprised of the cost of treatment in order to plan accordingly.
  • Full balance is due upon discharge at which time you wil receive a detailed, itemized invoice.
